Jesus said, " Therefore, go and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. Teach these new disciples to obey all the commands I have given you " (Matthew 28:19-20 NLT) Baptism is an important act of obedience to the command of Christ. It symbolizes God’s forgiveness and newness of life experienced by believers through their identification with Christ in His death and resurrection. If you have accepted Christ and wish to take that all important step by following His command to be baptized, please join us for one of our First Wednesday services. Communion is a practice that is meant to be observed throughout the life of a Christian. It is a time of worship when we corporately come together as one body to remember and celebrate what Christ did for us. We observe Communion because the Lord told us to. We are to obey His commands: “And when he had given thanks, he broke it and said, ‘This is my body, which is for you; do this in remembrance of me.’" (1 Corinthians 11:24 ) Communion is celebrated at our First Wednesday Services
